We are just starting out with 3 babies =) two boys 2 & 3 and a girl 9 months. It is very difficult to juggle work home and the kids. Everyday is a new adventure LOL!!!

I am right there with you! My oldest just turned 7 yesterday! My middles son just turned "5" 2 1/2 weeks ago and then my baby girl will be 3 in January! Can't give you much advise since my kids fight all the time...lol but sounds like Christie gave some GREAT tips! I may just have to "borrow" them :)

I almost have that:) I have 3 kids under 8,all girls. The biggest thing that has helped me was starting a star program. This even works great with my 2 yr old. Everyday they start with 4 star for behavior and loose "stars" for fighting or anything you find unexceptable. Then they also have a "super" star each for daily jobs. The jobs I have are dish patrol (to get all those cups etc sitting around),trash patrol and shoe patrol. At the end of the day the stars are each worth $$ but if your not able to do money you can have whomever has the most stars by the end of the week gets special alone time with mom or dad...ie a trip to the park or eat. This program has cut my stress level down to almost nothing. My husband works 6 days a week from 8am to 8 or 9pm so I'm practically doing this on my own and this was a huge help.
