HP7500A printer won't print properly on 12 x 12 photo paper

I am using Photoshop Elements 10 and have set it to borderless printing but it leaves about 1/4 inch gap and stops. I am using Red River paper anyone have any suggestions to try. Works great on cardstock. Reply to karenmcfadden@hotmail.com
