My Memories Suite http://bit.ly/XloJLS reminds me alot of SBC from creative memories and it is mac compatible. Photoshop Elements is great... but has a pretty sharp learning curve (not as bad as full photoshop, but it does take much more time to learn than SBC did!)
I've used all 4 programs... have nothing bad to say about any of them other than the learning curve and the price for full photoshop ($600ish eek!)

What type of program is Parallels? Does it give you the option to open Windows or Mac? I'm not really a big computer or program person. Is it just a download or is it a program I have to buy?

I'm in the same boat. You could run a software like Parallels, which allows you to run Windows programs on a Mac. I'm leaning towards Photoshop Elements and using the universal software from Creative Memories.
