What are the best pc software for scrapbooking?

I am just now getting into scrapbooking as a hobby for creating decorating memories of times with my son. But I also want to be able to use what I make on my blog in my posts and to create my own templates, headers, and etc. I know of websites where I can download papers, embellishments and such but I want to be able to make exactly what I want. Does anyone know of a really good software that will do what I want?

Ok, you don't need software for this site. www.heritagemakers.com/makeityourown You use their online site to create scrapbook pages, books etc. Free to join. I have made numbers of pages. You can join free or join Club HM and have access to your very own scrapbook store of 90,000 pieces of art. It is fantastic!!!

There are lots of different types of software out there. I use MemoryMixer and Photo Shop. However, Photo Shop is alot more expensive and difficult to use. Hi Kimberly, I just started getting into digital scrapbooking too. I also wanted something really customizable and I found Heritage Makers. They have an online software called Studio. It was really easy to use and if you sign up for a Club membership you get tonnes papers and embellishments for free. I loved it so much I actually just signed up to be a consultant.
