I am a big fan of Scrapgirls also, they have a freebie in each newsletter and tons of ideas and products.  Also, check out http://digifree.blogspot.com/ for free stuff.  They post new content daily.

Hi. I am a Creative Memories consultant and we have a free Storybook Creator Software. Go to www.mycmsite.com/cherylknapp, the go to the bottom of the page: Digital Scrapbooking. After you download the Storybook Creator, then you can go to Digital Scrapbooking, Digital Content Download, then Free Downloadable themes for a variety of free predesigned pages you can use. I have done a ton of pages for my little ones and have yet to pay a cent for anything other than my program and printing. Once you start going through different blogs you'll realize which ones suit your style. I bookmark them all and keep them in a folder.

Have you ever looked at Heritage Makers? I don't know how much you have invested in your current program, but this is all done online, you have access to over 30,000 pieces of digital art, templates, etc. You can create individual pages or complete books as well as cards, posters and a ton of other projects.
