I don't use a website - rather I use adobe photo elements 7.0. I download free kits from www.twopeasinabucket.com and bring the elements/papers into Photo Elements and design my own layouts. I then print them either on my Espon R1900 or at Costco and insert them into my CM scrapbooks.

Like others have mentioned, Creative Memories is the best. I am a Consultant for CM and I would highly recommend finding a local consultant and asking them to do a digital home show for you where you will not only learn about the great digital products but you will see them firsthand. And, you get host credits for your show sales which in the end may mean you could get CM digital software for free or at a great discount by using those host credits towards your purchase. And I am not just saying this because I am a CM Consultant, but our Storybook software as well as our Memory Manager software (for photo organization and editing) really is the best out there for being user friendly as well as producing fantastic results. But as mentioned by another CM Consultant earlier, you can visit her web site and download a free version of the Storybook software and begin creating your stortbook there. And as I tell my customers, you should go for it because you have NOTHING to lose by doing this as you have no committment to buy it. Work on your album with the free software and get a feel for it. You can save your album without having to purchase it, although I'm sure you'll be so thrilled you'll want to order multiple copies to share with friends and family! Good luck!

I use www.scrapblog.com for creating online scrapbooks. They have tons of pre-made layouts that you can use or you can buy the pieces for a very small amount. You can post them on scrapblog's site and then send people the links. You can also print out all of the pages you create. As far as timing goes, I can usually have a a 5-6 page scrapbook done in about an hour or so.

Welcome to the world of Digital Scrapping! You are going to love it and be amazed at how quickly you can get things done. And the beauty of it, is that you don't need to waste time setting up your supplies. Just sit at your computer and your good to go. So even if you don't have a lot of time, you can still get pages done.

I use Creative Memories program Storybook Creator Pus. Love it!!! I It is a really easy program to use and grow with. There are 2 versions the plus and a free version that you can still make amazing books with. You just don't have the "creative freedom" you do with the Plus version. The difference is this: Storybook Creator free version you use templates that are fixed, which could be all you want/need. Literally drag your pictures in the spots and drop them in and your pages, add some text if wanted =done. You download themes (basically pages that are already coordinated) and then when you add a page to your book, you just pick a template based on the number of pictures you have. Some themes are free, some you pay for and you can use multiple themes in the same book. When you open a book in the software, a book will appear, but you can add or delete any/all pages.

The version I’m using (Plus) allows you to not only use fixed templates, but make your own, use blank pages, or start with a premade page and tweak it to make it your own (moving around pictures, paper and embellishments -ribbons, brads, stickers, etc.) I can also take the regular templates and move the pieces around a bit. Way fun and lots to play with:)

If you want to see some of the pages I've made - I've got a blog that shows more info on the program with page examples (http://scraphappychristinescorner.blogsp...) or visit my website www.mycmsite.com/cchaillet. There’s a short video about the scrapbooking software (Storybook Creator) on my website. There are also some great digital freebies on my site as well as tutorials on the program.

Good Luck in finding the right program for you.

Heritage Makers is great! You can access everything online from any computer, there are templates to work from, or you can create your own layout and design, there are tutorials, story ideas, you can finish a page on a lunch or coffee break, and the finished projects are mailed right to your door in usually 5-7 days! It's great for photo storage and organization too! Visit www.tellourstories.com for more info and I'm happy to answer any questions as well! Have fun with it and good luck! Kristin

I use Creative Memories Storybook Creator Plus. It's super easy to use, which is exactly what I was looking for. You can start with a blank page and create your own layout, or purchase digital kits that have pre-designed layouts. I use CM Memory Manager to sort, store and edit all of my pictures. My husband uses Photoshop, but the learning curve is just way too high for me. The CM software is just right. I'm a working mom too and am also way behind, but the pre-designed pages let you rip through a bunch of pictures in a hurry. Good luck.

I don't really digital scrapbook but I fell way behind on scrapbooking 8 years ago. Since then, I send my children 2 or 3 cards a month (3 panel cards) filled with pictures of the important or memmorable things they did that month. I do this using SendOutCards. They receive the card in the mail (they LOVE getting mail) and they put their card in their memory box. They love it. I love it because it's easy and we are all happy. This replaces their photo books until I get caught up again. Check out sendourcards and send a free card on me at www.sendoutcards.com/52773. I also use this to send all 200 of my holiday cards. I can create a card w/ my childrens pictures in it and send it to all 200 of our friends/family w/ the click of a button. Please feel free to check it out and let me know what you think!
