How has it been being pregnant the ENTIRE summer ?

pregnant in nyc during the summer was not fun! I had breakdowns in the street numerous times. I had to stop working one month before I delivered because I could not stand the heat. Plus the baby was sitting on my pelvis in an awkward position that made it impossible to walk very far.

My summer being pregnant was miserable! I live in Las Cruces, NM, which is about 45 mins from the Mexico/US border. over 100 degrees everyday, humid as hell this summer in particular, it was ridiculous. Definitely glad it's over now!

This was my 1st pregnancy. I had a little boy August 3rd and for me it was just so HOT!!! I gained 25lbs didnt have any problems staying hydrated though because all i could drink was water even that gave me heartburn. LOL

i had my daughter on the 22nd of august! im in VA and omg it was hot. i swelled up SO BAD. i gained 60lbs as well. it was horrible. but i love my daughter and honestly i CANNOT WAIT to be prego again

I only gained 15 pounds with my son and had a very easy pregnancy, but the SUMMER part was horrible. Hot, sweaty, and 9 months pregnant do not agree. Thank God my son was 9 days early : ) Made the end of August much more enjoyable : )

It was horrible. I ankles and legs were huge, I got carpal tunnel in both hands, our air was running all the time cause I was so hot (my husband was freezing) and I never wanted to do anything outside. Our next baby is definately not going to come in the summer again. :) It was well worth it though.

i got pregnate back to back i had my eldest on september 27th 2009 and my youngest augest 3rd i was preganate 2 summers in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was awful altho my second was no where near as bad as my first. i was living in a tiny studio with no window just a balcony door so the "breeze" or lack their of had no where to go and on top of that i had NO a/c luckly i was moved into my 1 bedroom 1 month before i had her and it DID have a/c. let me tell you ladies theirs nothing worse then being pregnate in the summer with no A/C...... but then again i'm sure some of you know that lol

i normally love summer & the heat. but this summer has been sooo hot. in july alone we had i think it was 21 days over 90 degrees which is not normal for new hampshire. i have never had my ac on so much, my husband & i normally fight about it cause i always want it off & he wants it on, but this summer he's been happy cause he'll come home from work & it's been like 65 in the house. this was my 1st pregnancy through the summer, my other 2 are winter babies, & i told hubby that if we ever do this again it's gonna be a winter baby ;)

I think it sucked being pregnant the whole summer compared to being due in January/ February. I was always sweating, drinking water, gained a lot of weight due to carrying extra water in my belly and feet and legs. I'm glad i finally have my results of my baby though, she was born Aug 15

You only gained 1 lbs? LUCKY! Honestly I feel as if I've been pregnant forever. I felt a bit sad how I watched everyone wear cute high heels and rompers and for me I can't exactly buy those things since I my stomach is growing non stop. But it August so I should be due anytime. HOPEFULLY SOOON.

4th pregnancy and if it can go wrong it has gone wrong. my feet are soooo swollen from this heat. summer came late here in southern BC but it hit with a vengeance. doesn't help that i work on my feet. still 5 weeks to go. i find myself hoping that my little boy comes a little early.

whew I can definitely say that my pregnancy with the oldest during the winter was much easier and much more comfortable than this one.. lol.. but I'm excited to have a baby with a summer birthday.. so I won't complain too too much.. its been hot though.. I am so thankful for airconditioning.. lol

I'm just HOT! I've been fortunate to be craving water most of my pregnancy (soda gives me the WORST reflux ever), and I've only gained about 27 lbs (@ 35 weeks). That's better than the 70 I gained with my daughter! I'm just ready for my little man to be here, that's for sure.

Everyone keeps telling me I must be SO miserable being pregnant in the summer but I haven't been I don't know if I'm just weird or what but I haven't been any hotter or more miserable than any other summer! The only change is I'm drinking water instead of soda! maybe I'm just lucky! (:

I live in Orlando, Florida! Nuff said!lol! I think the sun has it out for us! It MUST be cold everywhere else because I swear the sun is sittin right down on top of me! lol I have to tell ya though, I have resorted to wearing strictly dresses and sandles to help cool off!
