Is anyone going to find out the sex of their baby? or chosen names yet :-)

I'm expecting baby no two (8 more wks) and couldnt imagine finding out what sex baby is, at times it would be nice to know yes, but it'll be worth it at the end of the 'hardest longest painful' wait wemon ever endure lol, I think it would be a shame to find out and regret not having the surprise at the last second- Although Hubby is totally different, he's found out and has endevoured to keep the secret very well under wraps till D day.
Our son is named Desmond cause we like the 'oldish unique' names so if baby is a girl we will go with Bonnie and a boy we've settled on Oliver :) I like the idea of names being that little bit unique, they can form thier own personalities. :)

the funny thing about this conversation is i have an appointment tommorrow at 2 pm to find out the sex of my baby...if its a boy its going to be a junoir and if its a girl her name will be SAMAURIE MAKAYLAH....i really want a girl but if it is not i will love him the same

have a 13 yr old boy and an 11 yr old girl and when # 3 was coming around we had to find out as i didn't have ANYTHING left over. With #4 (due aug 24) we also found out, just last week. and a good thing too, as we have a 20 month old girl and are expecting a boy! we have nothing but girls clothes. This gives me time to trade in all my girls clothes that Violet has outgrown so that i can get boys items. also know a few people with boys who were planning to get rid of the clothes they have lying around, but now they're going to give us anythign still in good shape. An absolute necessity when you're having a fourth. save where you can eh? We'll be naming him Damien Alexander, tho we've certainly gotten some slack over the name. (and i fully blame the omen movies. lol)

I am having a girl... her name will be Isabe Mya... I think boys names aare harder to think of... Especially seeing as I like unique names, and my fiance doesnt... But I did get him to agree on Nathaniel Riley for our first boy... While Nathaniel is an old fashioned sort of name, I like it because there arent many boys with that name...

We have found out that it is a boy. If I was in your shoes though and had one of each, I wouldn't find out. I have two boys at home already so it was important for me to prepare if we were having a girl. We are going with Peyton James

I won't find out until April 13th...I can't wait! A lot of people keep asking me why I want to know. I don't care what they think, but I know that I need to mentally prepare myself for either a boy or a girl. I have also been thinking for a couple of months now that we're having a boy, and I'm dying to know if I'm right.



So far, I like Ethan James. My husband's waiting until we know if we're having a boy or girl first before he puts too much effort into coming up with a name lol.

We are also wanting to keep it a suprise. We found out the sex of our son August whos now 9 months so wanted to change it up this time. If its a girl were naming her Elise and a boy my husband wants to name him Milo (which is much better than his first choice Rueben) but im not so sure im sold. Thank god we still have 20 some weeks to go!!

My partner and I want to find out so I was excited when my 20 week scan came but bub decided to cross its legs so we couldn't find out. Just mean I've gotta wait for the next scan.
I have already chosen names. For a Girl Ruby Anne after my great gran and I have two boys names, Hunter James or Kegan James. My parents don't like Hunter but their not the mummy

I don't want to find out. So very few things are true surprises anymore. I want this one. My husband picked out the boy's name years ago - Erik Mark The girl's name is a bit harder to nail down. I like Elnora (husband's great grandmother's name) but am not set on a middle name yet... My sister likes her name, Anne, my aunt wants her name, Shelagh, etc...

We are going to find out in about 4wks. Mainly so we don't have to deal with his mom and stepdad bugging us to find out. They did that to his sister who tried to keep it a secret. Plus being our first it will be easier. We've gotten our list down to four names of each! Lol Had about 15 picked out when we first found out!

I didn't find out with my first bub what I was having and the suprise was fantastic. We have decided this time though that as they are close together we are going to find out as if its a boy i can get rid of all my girls clothes I have stock piled!
Still a few weeks till we find out but so you never know I may get in there and just say "Don't tell me"!

I really want to know but my boyfriend does not. We did the same thing with our daughter, I found out and he didn't. I just like to know so i can have everything prepared (clothes, toys, etc.) I'd like to have a boy this time since we have a girl, but as long as he/she is healthy, it doesn't matter. We've had names picked out since before we got pregnant, but we have changed the girls name. We have Diesel Otto for a boy, the Otto being after his Dad. Yes, we will be finding out. This is our second! The first was a surprise. We have thought of names: Rachel Katherine (girl), and Nathan Edward (boy). Those could change though!

Hi, we're going to find out. We found out with my 1 year old son and i'm such an info-freak when it comes to pregnancy that i couldn't handle not knowing lol. I decided i like Robert for a boy or Grace for a girl but hubby doesn't like either name. Will be interesting to hear his ideas but as we all know, i will win in the end unless his ideas are exceptionally good lol x

Yes, we're going to find out. We have an 18 month old son, Brenden Michael, and if we go the other way we'd want to make sure we have all the 'girlie' clothes before hand. I like Tabitha for a girl and Theron for a boy but my hubby doesn't like unique names at all....so we'll see where this goes.
