Is my 14 month old allergic to milk?

Hello Moms,

My son is 14 months old and for the past week he has had diarrhea and i took him in to the doctors and they said it looked like a virus. Then i stopped milk for that week well yesterday i gave him milk about half a bottle and was fine until this morning he had diarrhea pretty bad and I've been changing about 5 diapers until now? what could possibly be wrong? No fevers just runny nose.
