Help. I've been going to the gym three days a week and sticking to a 1200 calorie diet for about six weeks and have only lost 1/2 an inch off my waist. Is it because I am in my 30's. What is the deal? I still look pregnant. I am back to pre-baby weight but get asked if I am pregnant all the time. How do I get a flat stomach again?
