Okay I am 16 weeks now and for the past week I am just hungry ALL the time! Anyone else going through this?

Yess!! I am hungry now it's good cuz for the past few days my nausea came back and I was like ohh godd!! But from today I can't stop eating! I'm so hungry! Hopefully it stays cuz I hate feeling sick and having no apetite!

Hmmm. Maybe I'm having a boy. When I was pregnant with DD, morning sickness stopped around week 13. I pretty much ate everything that was in my sight that looked good.
With this pregnancy, I can't hold down milk, I can't stand drinking anything because it leaves a nasty after taste, and eating is pretty much the last thing I want to do during the day. I've already lost 10lbs with this pregnancy.

Yeah I have been drinking like 8 bottles of water a day and I'm still hungry LOL. This pregnancy is so different cause with my son (now 7), I was so sick for the first 5 months I didn't eat anything until about 7 months.

15 weeks here and sadly I hardly eat :( I wish I can eat but I still have bad morning sickness.
Jaime, have you tried drinking as well? Maybe drinking a lot will help ease the hunger pains?

just keep it healthy and all is good! i did not and put on 74 pounds! i did lose it all without diet or exercise but it took about a year.

I'm 29 weeks with twins and I still can't stop eating!!! I eat and I'm hungry again! I have no solutions, just know you are SO not alone!
