I had to go to work for a meeting today and my little guy who is 4 wks old spent the day with his Grandma. He did great for her and has been excellent this evening as well. It's reassuring to know someone else is able to care for him and I definitely felt a little bit of freedom as it was the first time I was just me in a long time. I'm looking forward to going back to work in the middle of March. As much as I love my kids I definitely thrive on having time to myself:)

Hooray for a successful outing! I'll be going back to work in two weeks, and while I'm sad about leaving him in daycare, I kinda look forward to time to myself. It's good to know i'm not the only one! :-)
