I'm only four weeks along, yet I have a sneaking suspicion I might have twins. I was unknowingly taking a fertility enhancer (CoQ10 Vitamin Supplement) . . . how soon will I be able to tell?
I'm currently looking for a doctor. The doctor I used with my first daughter really aggravated me during L&D - I'll use him if need be, but I would prefer not.

Hey all, had my first u/s today and saw 2 teenie tiny heartbeats in there me and my husband are soo shocked we already have a 1 yr old but we are very happy

Most OBGYN's will see you as soon as you find out your prego. You might want to find one that will. Especially if you think you're having twins.

Yikes! Thanks everyone. I'm in the process of looking for another doctor (my last OB/GYN was an excellent one, but had horrible bedside manners. Very gruff.) - but I'm not worried that I don't have one yet. I still have a couple of more weeks before they'll see me anyway.

You should be able to tell at your first appointment. :) Also if you can't see them the first time, they'll be able to tell by around 9 wks when they hear the heart beat for the first time because you would hear two instead of one. :)

the first youll know about it is at your first ultrasound, theres no way of telling until then. im studying towards a midwifrey degree at the moment and my cousin is expecting fraternal twins, her ultrasounds look so cool! good luck to both of you x

I believe they will be able to tell you at your first OBGYN appt. This is my first pregnancy but I have been watching baby shows on TV since I can remember and up pregnant women's asses since I can remember lol.
The other day I was on a website and it actually showed me what twins would look like this week

I wasn't taking any fertility drugs, but twins run in my family. I'm excited!!! I am secretly hoping I'm having twins identical or fratnernal would be fine
