almost 35 weeks.when does the doc start checkin cevix?

i have also had that kind of concern too because my baby went from being in my rib cage at one appointment to having her head lodged into my pelvis i am 35 weeks and the doctor noticed the drastic drop in my belly, its really low now, but once i told her and stuff she checked just to make sure that i wasn't dilated at all and i wasn't, it never hurts to ask doctors dont mind, if you have a concern just talk with your doctor

That is really use full info.  I didn't know that.  My doctor doesn't check until 39 weeks.

My DR checked me at my 35 week appointment since it was my first weekly appointment. Good Luck!

my midwife told me how bcoz last time i was 8cm dialated at home and didnt realize i was about to have her...

msg me if you like and i can explain but also just a bit of advice you can actually be like 2cm+ dilated for most you pregnancy.

okay well i go tomorrow and i will have to ask.ive been feeling pressure down there and a weird tingling feeling.it cant huet to ask..i had my daughter at 37 weeks which would only be 2 more weeks away.and i was dialted to 4cm and didnt know it..im not having  steady contractions but ive been having them more often

I felt a little crampy and some pressure in the lower pelvic area. Also if u feel like ur having contractions closer together. I had my daughter at this time and that's also why I had them check me.

Every doctor is different. I am 35 weeks also and my doctor started checking me a little over a week ago, but it may be because I went into labor and they are trying to keep it stopped until 37 weeks... but i would most def. ask him if you want to be checked....i don't see any doctor refusing to check you...
