I would say that unless she is extremely fussy (or very lethargic) like she isn't getting enough (sleeping all the time can be a symptom of this, too), don't worry about it. If she is healthy and happy, it is probably normal for her. My children have all been tiny, not weighing more than 17 lbs. at a year. My five month old is a little over 13 lbs right now, and he's bigger at this age than any of my girls were.

My son was born Jan 20 He weighs 23lbs and is 28.5'' . He is in 12 month clothes.

My daughter was born January 21st 7lbs 2oz & 20in long. She is now 18lbs 6.8oz & 27in long. She is already outgrowing her 6m clothes.

My daughter is 18lbs and 26 inches. I nurse exclusively. I may start adding formula when she turns 6 mths on the 28th.

my 23 week old weighs 12lb, still struggling to fill his 0-3 trousres/shorts but is happy and healthy, the health visitor is not worried. try not to worry babies grow at different paces :o)

My peanut is only 14lb and 26 inches long (was 6 months on 7-3). she is only two pounds heavier then her two month old cousin but the doc says she is perfectly healthy and is growing just right for her.
