Bedtime routine...tell me about yours!!

So my baby just turned one month and I must say this same routine has worked out quite nicely!!!!!!!!! Now my baby only wakes up only once at night (2am) and then in the morning (6am) as well, not as much as before which is soo great 'cause I really need the sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never used to bath her all the time but i realised the nights i did she would go to sleep without any trouble but when i didnt she would fight to stay awake so i have a routine for her now, but she used to go bed for 10-10.30pm and wake about 2.30 then again at 6am then 9am but now she goes bed at 10-10.30pm and she doesn't wake again till between 4-6am which im extremly happy with as im not tired as im used to the time frame i get to sleep.

Hi i have the same sort of bed time routine for my 1month old aswel we bath her about 9.30 and she has a bottle and then shes usually asleep by 10-10.30 and she will wake up usually between 4.30am and 6am so i think a bed time routine works because my daughter knows that dark is sleep time.

She varies. Usually falls asleep about 1015 then up between 12&2 and again between 4&6 then up around 9. Occasionally its more often than that. She doesnt cry but at night she just wants to hang out with us and get attention. I dont know how she knows that already its crazy. She is a little piggy too though, she averages eating about 8oz in one feeding. I pump so I keep track of how much she eats, sometimes as much as 12oz.

he's 3 weeks old lol! But yes he does wake up to feed... he falls asleep around 10pm, wakes up at 2am and then 5am, and then he wakes up when my kids wake up at 8am. During the night I just breastfeed him and lay him back on his crib.... he falls right to sleep. So far it's not too bad!!!!!! I'm hoping as he gets bigger he'll wake up less or sleep through the night! Does your baby sleep through the night??????

definatley.... the bath time at night seems to work perfectly!!!!!!!!! I pretty much do the same as you with my 3 week old. I bathe him, dress him up..... swaddle him, feed him, change his diaper, rock him, and he falls right asleep. I bathe him every other day, so when I don't bathe him... I pretty much do the same routine except the bath. Still works good... except when he's really cranky then I bathe him and that is the most successful!!!!!!!!

i think they help!! my son is 2 weeks today. his last bottle for the night is at 9:00. (that is when big brother goes to bed too) i change him, feed him, and rock him to sleep. not much of a routine, but it works every night.
