my daughter is 13 weeks and iv had her on solids for a week, i did 3 days of rice, 3 days of fruit porrage and now starting 3 days of veg, but im not sure when to give her juice, it says around the internet not to give it in a bottle but shes too young for a sippy cup.
is there a risk of her getting dehydrated if i dont feed her juice when on solids as well as bottles. my typical feeding day goes

7-7:30am 6oz of hungry baby formula
10-11am 6oz of hungery baby formula and a sold (trying for tastes at the moment so about 2 teaspoons)
2-3pm 6oz of hungry baby formula and a solid

6-7pm 6 oz hungery baby formula and a little solid (couple of mouthfuls)
10-11pm 6 oz of hungry baby formula

should i be adding juice into that routine somewhere or water?

I don't think it is too early to give juice. My 13 week old I started to give juice to almost a month ago but she also has a heart defect and needs to be gaining weight to have her surgery. But I also give her baby cereal.

Juice is so full of sugar I would hold off for a bit more time. My doctor didn't want us giving it to my first child till she was a year. I think I gave her small amounts, maybe 1 oz really watered down starting at around 10 months to entice her to take a sippy cup. Even now it is only recommended at 2 almost 3 that she have 1 cup per day. I still only give her 4oz of juice with 4oz of water to dilute it. I have read so much about the sugars in juice not being good for young children and leading to childhood obesity.

Hi there - I just wanted to provide you with a few resources about the early introduction of solids. WHO guidelines state that infants should be exclusively breast (or formula) fed until at least 6 months. There are some negative impacts of early introduction of solids - could I suggest that you have a look at some of these resources before making a transition to solids at such a young age?

My Doctor advised me to give my Son Juice at the age of around 8-9 weeks, but when I did he seemed unsettled until he had filled a nappy. So I stopped and just gave him a few mls of water a day. So according to him it's not too soon to offer juice but I would advise to keep a close eye on her as it may not suit her yet too.

Also I understand the hungry baby formula is quite a bit thicker than the normal formula so I would have thought she does need water/juice.
