My nine month old and teething

So I have a son who's just a few days old of 9 months and has no teeth what so ever. Doesn't even look like he's getting any either. He acts like he's teething, chewing on every thing, drooling, etc. but nothing has changed in his mouth. His gums look exactly the same was a month ago. I have the raz-berry pacifiers, the pacifier you put food in, tried a frozen wash cloth and nothing works he doesn't even like them. Hold them in his mouth for like 5 minutes and then leaves them on the floor. Has any one else had this issue and is there something I can o to help him? He's not having fun and you can see that he's not happy with his gums.

Hey, my baby boy is teething as well! It is worse when he is tired also! I use the Teething Tablets. They always seem to calm him down enough to get him to sleep! Also, don't worry about your son not having teeth yet, the longer it takes them to come in the healthier they will be!!!

the thing is he doesn't get cranky at all. it's only when he's tired that it matters. I've use baby motrin but for when he bangs his head more then his teeth.

my daughter will be 10 months soon and her teeth drive her nuts .. everyone told me that it would get better after the first tooth came through but she's got 5 teeth now and she's still every bit as crabby.. I use baby orjel although it doesn't seem to help her much, I also use Camilla its a teething medicine that is safe for baby to swallow, it helps her more then the orjel, you can also give baby Tylenol or advil, or if hes extra cranky you can overlap the tylenol and advil.. my sister is a nurse so I ask her a lot of stuff lol

My daughter is having the same problem now and she is 9 1/2 months old.. I always give Abby baby Tylenol and it seems to work and take the pain away if that doesn't work you can always try baby Orajel. Hope it helps you

my little girl was the same. there's not much that you can do. one morning you'll wake up and boom...there's a tooth. good luck!!
