How long does your baby nap? How many naps during the day? and does they sleep well at night?
My son was napping A LOT they were small maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I got him to take only 2 today one about 30 minutes and the other maybe 20 he sleeps awful at night. just wanna know how your kiddos nap habits are

Hi, I believe every baby is different, but I feel that if they sleep welll during the day, they will sleep even better at night. My routine for my 5 1/2 month old is sleep 9am to 11am, 1pm-3pm, sometimes a nap at 4pm to 4:45pm, night sleep 7pm to 7am. It took about 2 weeks for the routine to kick in. Do whatever you feel your son responds the best too. Best of luck :)

On a good day, the schedule goes roughly along these lines . . .
Wakes up between 5:30 and 6:30
Takes first nap around 8:00 or 9:00 for about 1.5 hours
Takes second nap around 3:00 or 4:00 pm for about 2-3 hours
Goes to bed between 8:30 and 9:30 pm
I'd say this happens 40% of the time. The only thing being consistent is the time he wakes up. Sometimes we only get cat naps, sometimes he sleeps most of the day, sometimes he won't fall asleep until 10:30 pm, sometimes I can't him to nap at all until 4 pm. Just give them time and try to encourage a schedule. You are doing fine.

My daughter had 2 little naps and 1 big one durin the day. She wakes up at 9am has a bottle then an hr later breaky then she'll nap for about 20minutes then at 12-1pm she'll have a bottle then goes 2 sleep for 2-4hrs then has a bottle at about 5pm then bath at 630pm then dinner at 7pm then has a little nap for about 15-30minutes then bottle at 9-10pm then bed for the night 10-12hrs

I've always heard that a baby that sleeps well during the day will sleep well at night. My baby usually takes 2, 2 hour naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. She sleeps great at night, 7-8pm til 7-8am

My son takes 2 naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. He is 5 months and I have been doing the sleep study that a friends recommended, with a little of me thrown in. I allow him to sleep as much as he wants during the day, up to 5 hours, and at night he sleeps very well. If he does wake I give him pacifier or change him, depending on his needs and he goes back to sleep. Occassionally he is not the perfect baby, trust me!! I am also a Mommy who believes in if there is nothing wrong let them cry. It really is a good tool. It helps them learn to self-soothe and to sleep on their own. Best of luck!!

my daughter naps twice a day for about 2 hours, she sleeps from 9pm to 9am
