How have you all transited your little one to real food? I am having a difficult time finding a schedule and foods that are good first foods. She normally eats the below times.

6:30 am - 8 1/2 oz bottle
10:30 am - 5 1/2 oz bottle & 5 oz of stage 2 baby food
2:30 pm - 5 1/2 oz bottle & 5 oz of stage 2 baby food
5:30 pm - I normally try some people food such as bananna's, cherrios, saltine crackers
7:00 pm - 8 1/2 oz bottle

I know I am behind on getting her started on real food, so I need help!

I never put my daughter on stage two baby food, once the jars had chunks we went on to "real" food
9:30am - 8oz bottle
11:30am - toast, bagle, pancake, scrambled egg, oatmeal or something along those lines
12pm - 8oz bottle-nap
2pm- Yogurt, cheese, any leftover meat or veg from last nights dinner :)
4pm - 8oz bottle
6pm- chicken, ham, pork, beef, asparagus, cooked carrots, califlower, peas, corn, potatoes, rice, beans, watermelon, pears, peaches, bananas mango, papaya
anything not to frim :)

lol my daughter will eat anything I give her, I just make sure the bits are small so if she did swallow one it would not choke her :)
good luck!!!

I switched my son to real food at 7 or 8 months...i did it by mashing his food up gradually leaving the chunks bigger and bigger...now he eats just about anything...
