he can say some words like ball mama dadda and little words like that . and yeah he will start talking when hes ready thanks

Just keep talking to him, lots of smiles and encouragement when singing nursery rhymes. Name every thing juice, ball, cup, mummy. He will soon pick things up. Some children learn to talk alot quicker than others and some later. A speech therapist would not see your son until the age of 2 so you have plenty of time to build his vocabulary.
My daughter did not really speak until she was about this age and now at 2.5 she can hold a full conversation and talks most other children under the table. So don't panic it will come.
