My baby was diagnosed with stage 4 of acid reflux at 2 months. Just kind of curious if other mothers still let their acid reflux babies sleep in a crib. I still won't let mine because Im afraid she will spit up and night and choke on it. When Audrey spits-up it looks like a waterfall!

my baby was diagnosed with reflux at 3 weeks old...I would be afraid to let her sleep in a crib on her back...we bought a thing called a nap nanny online, its a foam contour baby bed that elevates them so they can't choke...i put it in the crib, it also has a harness to strap them in it...this has been a lifesaver for me and i wished i would have had it with my son as well...i tell everyone about the nap nanny beds now...

My little one has acid reflux as well. I was so scared she would choke in her sleep. I hate to say it but I let my daughter sleep on her tummy. We have a movement monitor to detect if she stops breathing. I am comfortable with that, and she sleeps sooo much better on her stomach. I won’t recommend it to anyone but it works for us.

I am trying to figure out if my son has acid reflux too. He doesn't spit up but he cries when I feed him. He also hates to lie on his back. Have you tried letting her sleep on her side in the crib? With one of those baby pillows behind her? Then if she is spitting up she can't choke on it.
