Anybody have their baby before their due date?

I was due about the 20th September, ended up having Natahlia on the 6th of September, my partner was joking around a week before that and said i would have her on fathers day i went into labour on Saturday at 1 am and had her the next day at 8.20am first person in bendigo to have a baby on fathers day, very nice surprise for daddy

I was due October 10 but we induced 2 weeks early because of my Gestational Diabetes. After 15 hours of contractions 2 minutes apart, I had a c-section. I gave birth to my beautiful daughter on September 26 at 6:25 AM. She weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz.

I was due on October 13 and had my son on September 25. My water broke at 3 am Thursday morning and I had him at 1:25 am Friday morning. That was the longest 22 1/2 hours of my life (2 1/2 which were spent pushing). When my water broke, it didn't break completely. His head kind of plugged up the tear, so that had to rupture the rest. Well, the doctor didn't notice that so I was in labor for 12 hours before they ruptured it. That is what slowed it down. But it was so worth it. He was born healthy and is so pretty!

I was due Sept 26th 2009, and my baby came early as well. My water broke at 2am on the 3rd of Sept. and I only had minor discomfort as well, Low line back cramps. I was 4-5cm dilated when we got to the hospital at 10:30am and by 11am I was 7cm. But like you I too had a c-section because my baby was breech, also his legs were in the frank position. But he was born healthy and was 8lbs 8 oz, (don't think he was premature at all at that weight! LOL!).My son was born at 2:11pm that day.

i was due the 17th & they ended up having to induce my labor 2 weeks early bc i had toxemia, i was in labor for about 28 & 1/2 hours. other than them inducing my labor & having to use the suction thingy to help pull tristan out everything went fine

I was told at my first ultrasound that I was due on the 15 of October. At my second ultrasound my due date moved to the 9th of October. I had my little girl on the 30th of September.

I was due the 13th and my little girl came on the 3rd. My water broke at 3:30am (I was up with my hunny watching tv). She was breech as well and therefore delivered c-section at 11:30 am.

My little guy was due October 11th. I took the dog out at 5am on September 3rd, and went back to bed. I woke up feeling "crampy" When I got up and got ready for work, I was in enough pain to warrant a call to my OB. We all figured it was just false labor so I went in at about 8am. I was 5 cm and 100% They got me to OB and his heart rate dropped, they prepped OR for a C-Section, but baby had other plans, he was born at 9am on Sept. 3rd. around 5 weeks early, AND on the weekend we were moving into our new house! He's doing great, and I wouldn't trade him for the world!

I was due October 1st and was induced on the 24th. Hamish was born on the 25th.

So he was 6 days early. If the doctors hadn't induced me, I reckon I would have gone over, as I was completely unfavourable. I had to be induced due to gestational diabetes and my blood pressure skiy rocketed the last week,

I was due on September 29th. I went into labor on Sept 4. After 23 hours of labor, I pushed our little boy out at 12:52 pm on Sept 5 at 36 weeks and 4 days.

I was due on Sept 22nd, and my water broke on Aug 30. It took 2.5 days to get her out, because I was trying to have an as natural birth as possible. So On Sept 1st, she was born! It was an amazing birthing experience.

I was also due on Sept 27th and went into labour on the 24th of sept. Only three days early!!! It was a good labour, or so Im told..I cant imagine it being any longer..but not the joy of motherhood is incredible!

I was told for a month, I was having contractins but they weren't doing anything, then all of a sudden I started having the same pain that dialated me to 2 cm 90% effaced -2 position and a week later w/ medications to stop labor I had her after my water broke, your body knows!! The doctors can't be as good as female intuition

I was due Nov 12, had her sept 8th. So about 9 1/2 weeks early. She ended up breathing fine but having to stay in the NICU for 3 1/2 weeks so that she could learn to regulate her body temp/ have no apnea spells, eat on her own 30 ml (one oz) every 3 hrs, and get to 4 lbs

I was due on 28th October (in 2 days!), but started having contractions on 10th September, I was told i wasn't in labour but there was no reason for the contractions. After 3 days of contractions, on sunday 13th I went into labour and was 3cm dilated by 3pm and had Theo at 1.37am on Monday 14th. We were in hospital for 2 weeks whilst Theo worked out how to suckle (not at the breast unfortunately), but got home on 25th. He was a good size at 5lb3 when born and today he weighed 7lb10.5, so I've got myself a lovely chunky boy. I'd had the steroid injections during my 3 days of contractions, so I was lucky as he was perfectly healthy, just couldn't eat.



it's still a bit of a shock to have a 6 week old baby who shouldn't be due yet!!

I was supposed to be induced on the 24th of September. On the morning of the 23rd i woke up having minor contractions. I thought i was in for a long labor like i did with my son, I got to the hospital and in my room at 9:15 am and requested the epidural. Before the medicine got there at 10:40 I was already at 8.5 cm, I couldnt sit still long enough to get the epidural so i recieved no pain meds. My daughter was born at 11:07 am. She was 8 pds 8 oz.

i wasnt due until oct 9th and ended up having my daughter 9-19 by c section. i had to be induced due to having low fluid but that didnt work i wasnt dilating and my daughter wouldnt drop so i ended up having a c-section. i ended up being three weeks early.

I was due on the 24th and little Ollie decided that he wanted to come into the world on 2nd, he was considered preterm by a day and was in the special care nursery for 24 hours then in the ward with me. I went into spontanious labor on the evening of the 1st and by 5.55am Little Ollie arrived, I breathed him out with a transistion of 25 minutes. We are home and all doing really well.

My little boy was due on the 16th and on the 7th my waters broke at 4am. I was dialated 1cm and after 10 hours and 5 inductions I was still only 1cm. The contractions were unbearable by then because I couldn't get any pain relieve. The internal exam showed that my opening to the birth canal was too narrow and that my baby couldn't descend. I had an emergency C-section then. He was born at 14:47 and weighed 3.18kg. He was 9 days early. Next time I will book my C-section in advance.

My due date was the 27th too, and I had my baby on the 17th as well! I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and was admitted into the hospital on the 16th. I was given meds to start my contractions at 815 the next morning and by 230 pm i had my little girl.

i was due Oct. 8th but gave birth via emergency c-section on the 17th of Sept. i had gestational diabetes and my son weighed 9.6 lbs! just imagine how much he would have weighed if i went full term

I was due September 21st but my water broke the 12th. I wouldn't dialate on my own so they induced me, I only got to 3 cm and wouldn't progress anymore. I had a c-section at 4:03 on the 13th of september

My 5th baby was due on 25th september, because i was having a I.U.G.R (inter- uterine growth restriction) baby i had scans and CTG monitering twice a week, i made it safely to 38 weeks then docs felt me and babe had had enough and it was safer for both of us for baby to be bornso i was induced, my labour was very quick, My waters were broke at 10am and i delivered my lil' boy, we called Eli at 11.55am, he was born on 12th september weighing 4lb 6oz. our 5th happy, healthy boy.

I was due Oct 1st and went into labor on the 17th. I was pretty sure it would happen early since my 1st was born at 39 weeks. It was amazing - I was able to get housework done while in labor and let my hubby rest, then we went to the dr's office to be sure I was in labor at 2:30 pm and she was born at 7:19 pm. It took so long to get admitted to a room because they didn't think I was in active labor and she was born before I could have an epi and the dr didn't even make it in time! She's a healthy baby and was 5 lb 14 oz!

I was due September 20th, but I began labor in the early morning of the 15th. I was in labor for over 24 hours and only dilated 1 cm. So after going to the hospital for the second time my doctor told me that my pelvic bone was too narrow and that i may not dilate any further, we opted for a c-section at around 10:30 am on September 16th and she was born at 11:44 am perfect as can be at a whapping 8lbs 14.5oz!!!

Due October 5th but the baby arrived September 12th, 3 weeks early. I went to the hospital unsure if I was really feeling contractions and was half-expecting to be sent home. Turns out I was dilated 4 cm and my water had broken though I did not realize it. I was in labor for 8 hours and she came out perfect. We did have to return to the hospital for some light therapy since she had jaundice and her bilirubin levels were increasing at a fast pace. She is doing wonderful now and I am enjoying every second with her!

I was due on the 25th, but was induced on the 15th. I walked around 3 centimeters dilated for three weeks. David's head was surprisingly low the entire time and the sciatica made me miserable. I opted for early induction.



I began receiving pitocin around 8:30 am, had an epidural around 10:15 am, and David was born at 10:43 am.

I was due the 11th and had my Dallas on the 5th. I went to the dr on the 4th and had an ultrasound my fluid was low, the baby was playing with her cord which caused her heart rate to drop, and they though she weighed 9lbs 1 oz! I was sent to the hospital to be induced. I was only 1 cm dilated and effaced about 50%. They started me on pitocin at 6 pm. at about 6 am the next morning they began to increase the dosage every 20 minutes. At about 10 am I was having contraction, one on top of the next, I was on the highest doseage of pitocin. The dr came in and checked me I still had not dilated any and the babys heart rate was fluctuating. We then decided to to a C-section. Dallas was born at 11:58 am she weighed 8lbs and 1 oz! We are doing great!!

Well i was due November 26th and i went into labor and didnt even know since this is my first. I had my little boy September 9, 2009 via C Section. I didnt even know. The night before i was having pains i remember and thought they was Braxton Hicks so i just tryed to go back to sleep. That morning i went to work and they got worse so by 12pm i asked to leave and go to the hospital. I went there and by 1 i was checked by my doctor who said i was in active labor and had to have him today I was 29wks. it was rough i was scared and by 4:02 pm i had him via C section. Hes still in the hospital hes going to b there until November Until hes full term.

yep i was due on sept 26 and went into labor on sept 7. although i was only 37 weeks my son was born very healthy. i had always had problems with possibly going into preterm labor with my son, but i'm just happy i was a little further along then with my last pregnancy, i delivered at 32 weeks and my son had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks.

my daughter was 2 days b4 my due date, was in labor for 31 hrs and had a very quick delivery which led to my daught having some mucus in her lungs which she evenutally coughed up, shes happy and healthy now :)

I was due on the 14 Sept. But I had a previous C.section so I could elect to have another. So I had the choice of what date to have it. The 2nd it was!

I was getting too uncomfortable by then so I was really ready to see our darling girl Kaylee, 7pound 4 oz.

I was due on the 27th too and after my first child being 2 weeks late my 2nd decided to make an entrance 2 weeks early...by the time I realised I was having contractions not just braxton hicks I was getting them about 5 mins apart and had to call my husband at work...basically from my first contraction to the birth of my son it was just over 3 hours...impressive or what...cutting it pretty fine I must say...didn't even have time to get diamorphine haha!!

I had my little boy a day before my due date Sept.5th. This is the longest i have went with carrying a child without going into labor. They induced me on Sept. 3rd; I was dilated to a 2 and i had him Sept. 4th at 1:52. He was a stubborn little boy. He did not want to come out.

I was due Dec. 4th and had my baby on Sept 26th at 10:04 pm. I was in labor all day and didn't even know, thought i had to go to the bathroom, then thought i was having braxton hicks...this was my first baby. Thought I lost my mucus plug and ended up calling hospital, who said to come in. We got there and they told us to go to labor and delivery. they said to go to the bathroom for urine sample, and it was all blood. I didn't know what was going on, i thought i was maybe having a miscarrage. However, I was dialated to 9, he was breech so emergency c-section i got. We arrived at the hospital at 9:30 or a bit later, and had him at 10:04pm a half hour later

I had three due dates. The 1st October according to my last menstrual cicle, 24th September according to my first ultral sound which said that i was 7weeks pregnant at the time and the 9th September according to the ultra sound i did in August. I had my baby girl on the 2nd September and according to the assessment done at birth she was 1 week early. I thought that I was having gas pains so I did not go to the hospital until my water broke and by the time I reach the hospital it was just time to push my baby.

I was due Oct. 12 and had my baby on Sept. 02, 6 weeks early!! Went to my doctors appt on Aug 31 and my blood pressure was 175/88, had protein in urine, and gained 20lbs in 3 weeks!! PRE-ECLAMPSIA!! So the doctor sent me to the hospital and I was put on magnesium sulfate to prevent seizures. For two days they tried to induce my labor, but nothing happened. Not even a contraction! So at 7pm Sept. 02, 2009 I went in for a C-section. And at 7:37pm my baby boy was here!! I stayed in the hospital another 5 days because my blood pressure was still high and I had a fever. My baby stayed in for 15 days. Now we are both home and doing Excellent!!! Thank you Jesus!!

hi i was due 19th sept but had a baby boy on the 17th at 10:39 in the morning the reason why i had him early was because i had an elective c-section..everything is going well now for all of us :)

I was due October 21st, but because of a bad turn I had, ended up having an emergency C section done on the 14th September, He's doing well now, though He's still in the special care nursery atm, but all signs are looking good that he'll be home soon! :)

And On that date they had just finished telling me that I didnt need a C section done (due to my gestational diabetes ) Funny how my little boy decided that wasn't going to happen! :P

I was due to have a csection on the 17th of September and i had it done on the 14th, my baby boy did not want to wait and i have to say that with my first one i had a vaginal delivery and it got complicated towards the end with no epidural because it wore out. So i have to say that the csection was my best choice.
