Abby (9/23) is still nursing 2-3x a day. I was wondering if anyone else had a nursing toddler.

My little Sophia is still nursing. She loves table food as well. I plan on letting her self wean. I think she also still nurses because of her sensory issues.

Abby still eats food too. And she drinks soy and almond milk (she is allergic to cows milk) from a cup. She is actually self weaning now. I offer her milk and she will say, "snuggle". She nurses once a day now. And its usually in the afternoon sometime when she is super tired or just wants some mommy time.

Emily (9/17) is very much still nursing! I also plan on allowing her to self-wean. She does eat regular food and drinks regular milk, but she still loves the boob!

wow the doctor said to me one day are you still nursing this child he said how old is he I said 2 he said the child needs food mam, the child needs food and I stopped him one time lol!

I plan on nursing her until she self weans. The average world wide self weaning age is around 3. She nurses 3x a day at this point. When she first wakes up, before nap, and then again before bed. We are still co-sleeping too. :)

My son was born on 9/23 too...I wish I was able to nurse longer but I coudn't handle it. It was too painful and I have cysts so that didn't help. I stopped at 5 weeks and then did a few more weeks of pumping and then done. I'm hoping if and when I have another child I'll be able to find some help in nursing longer, but I definetely don't see myself going past a year. Maybe do pumping as long as I can but def not nursing. How long do you plan on keeping nursing? Just wondered.

My dd was also born on 9/23 and she is no longer breastfeeding I stopped in dec 2010.
