i would also love to be 10 lbs less than what i weigh now. What i do is walk everyday, but that's obviously not enough. So i'm trying to cut down on coffee/soda/juice...and not eat so late.

I've lost a large amount of weight before and those last few pounds are the hardest to shift. But it can be done, I found I was getting lazy in some areas, having a mouthful here and here and there, or simply not getting my heart rate up as high while exercising. I found I just had to get a little more focus on it

You could try doing some interval training, or just shaking things up a bit with exercise and changing your routine, do some more weights or use different machines at the gym. Try a few new classes etc. Maybe increase your speed or intensity and really get your heart pumping and make your legs burn.

You could also start a basic food diary and see if htere are any areas that you can make adjustments to.

I started at 140 and hit 185 during my pregnancy. Out of the 45 pound gain, I lost 15 just having my son and 10 more over the first 2 months by just watching what I ate a little bit.

After that, I really cracked down on the weight loss. I started taking Ali, ate about 1,500 calories a day and cut back on carbs, and started going to a stroller fitness class 2x a week which helped me lose another 10 pounds. The stroller fitness class is an hour long and includes jogging with the stroller and stopping to do weights, squats, etc.

The last 10 pounds I lost by adding running 3x a week, mostly on a treadmill, by doing the Couch to 5K program. I started that 3 months ago and hit my pre-pregnancy weight when my son hit 8 months exactly.

I'm now 1 pound below pre-pregnancy weight but I'd like to lose 4 more because my pre-pregnancy weight was also my holiday season weight. Just keep it up ladies! :-)

Yeah, I started at 132, got to 170 and I'm still hanging around 140. I'm a dancer/dance teacher so I was so active during the pregnancy and starting working out/dancing 3 weeks after giving birth. I also run and do a little p90x. I think I've just accepted my new weight. I still look the same as before, the number is just different. I hope you find something that works for you. I don't have any real advice, just letting you know...I'm with you!
