Hey everyone. I was just wondering what time you ladies usually put your September babies to bed?

My daughter usually falls asleep between 7-8pm on average and then wakes up between 7-8am. She is such a great little sleeper. We love it!

Trenton, born 9/20, goes to bed no later than 8:30, He has always slept through the night and sometimes will get up at 5 am for a feeding and back to sleep til around 7 or 8. He naps around noon and I wake him up about 3pm. He seems to have alot more energy with this routine. But no more than we can handle :)

my daughter is asleep no later than 7 every single night and sleeps until 7:30 on the dot! no dream feeding (didn't work for us) and no wake ups at all! the earlier I put her to bed, the longer she slept through the night.

Sam goes to sleep between 8-9pm each night but will take 3oz before my husband goes to bed. He went into his own room last weekend and it doesn't seem to have affected his sleepin pattern at all.

I begin bath time every night at 7:30pm, breast feed at 8pm, asleep at 8:30pm with my son. He always falls right to sleep at night and sleeps until 7am-7:30am.

Ciaran goes to bed at 6 every night except the last few nights since he has been teething he has been falling asleep around 5 to 5:30 (not been wanting to take naps during the day due to teething). He will usually sleep through till 5 or 6, then have a feeding and go back to sleep for about another 30 minutes to an hour.

I put Benjamin to bed around 9:30 pm and he only wakes up once or twice in the night. He doesn't sleep with me though because we both toss and turn, so he sleeps better by himself. He naps from about 10 am to 11:30, then again from 1 pm to 3, then again at about 5 or 6 till 7.

Travis goes to bed at 10:30 every night. My husband and I enjoy him being awake with us and love to play all together. He sleeps solid thru the night and will wake around 8 am for a feed and then back to bed til about 10:30am. He sleeps in his own crib for the night and his morning nap is usually in my bed with me. He is a breastfed baby!

Wow... apparently there were a lot of twins born in September. :) My twins go to bed between 7 and 8. They prefer closer to 7, but recently it's been closer to 8 because Daddy's been getting home from work later which throws off our whole routine. We swaddle them and then I nurse them to drowsy one at a time, then they usually fall asleep laying side-by-side in the crib. Recently they've been nursing to sleep just because they're so exhausted because it's later.

Kristen have you tried shortening his naps, or not letting him take a late nap. That might make him sleepy enough he might want to go to bed early.

I am so jealous reading all these posts. My daughter has bad acid reflux, and is in general a light sleeper. Se phased out all night feedings pretty early with no problem, but she has always woken up every 1-2 hours all night long. She also wakes frequently during her naps, for burps, or spit-up, and she has to be soothed back to sleep. She also does not go to bed until 11-12pm, and wakes 6-7 for the day... I am so worn out!

Connor usually passes out between 630-7, i'm wondering how to keep him awake until 8-830? He doesn't nap during the day so it seems like there is a switch, once it's dark out he's down for the count!

Caleb doesn't like to nap during the day anymore so at about 7-7:30 he has his bath, then we read a quick story, I nurse him and he's in his crib by about 8. That's the last we hear from him until 6:30-7:00. I know we are lucky - he's slept through the night since he was 5 days old but now the night starts at 8 instead of 10!

My son likes to go to bed around 7 or 730 I do a nightly routine to help him relax so he knows its bedtime and, he will sleep until 6am. Which I like so that way I can relax a little at night and get up early to exercise. I am sure you will find a good nightly routine for your baby.

Thanks for the advice. Will try it out. However does sleeping with you son/daughter affetc his/her sleep? May be that's why my son wakes up three to four times a night. He senses that there are people around him. Advise this is my first born.

Our Olivia goes down between 8:00 and 9:00 at night (I know that's a wide range, but it doesn't seem to affect her!). We do her baths at night, so she's really seemed to catch on that sleepy time is coming shortly afterward. The warm water and time with daddy (he is the official bather in the house) seems to soothe her.

Sabrina has been sleeping through the night since she was 1.5 months. Baby girl gets woken up at 7:15am every morning for her 7:30am feeding. Feeding is every 3 hours. It takes her about 15-20 minutes to finish a bottle. Lunch time she gets a bit of cereal and some formula, last bottle is at 10:30 am. There is no play time after the last bottle, she goes straight to bed and sleeps the entire night without problems. She is also a tummy sleeper, but last night protested so I placed her on her back and fell asleep immediately. If she doesnt get her 8 hours, she is a bit cranky in the morning. But otherwise, I get smiles every morning, all day straight on till bedtime till she falls asleep.

Ours generally gets tired between 6:30 and 7:00pm, so we start the bedtime routine when we see him yawning/rubbing eyes/etc and he's asleep between 7:00 and 7:30. The trouble is keeping him that way; he tends to wake himself up every 30-45 minutes until the whole house is asleep, and he isn't good at getting himself back to sleep without help yet!

7:00 - 7:30 - it's eat @ 6:00 - 6:30, then bath, put on jammies, read a book, drink milk, cuddle for a few minutes then he's down for the count; he wakes up between 6am and 7am.

my son falls asleep for bed between six and eight p.m. He sleeps and wakes up once to eat. Then he wakes up again for the day between seven and 9 a.m. He takes about a half hour to hour nap about an hour after he wakes up. Then he goes back down again around one for one to three hours. If he sleeps 2 hours or less then he goes back down for about half an hour around four. He finally goes to sleep between 6 to 8.
