We use the aquafor on my girls face, and hydrocordizon on the rest of her body, per ped.

Aquafor by Eucerine is good too. My sons skin responds well to that and Weleda skin creams for babies.

I have eczema and it seems my daughter has it as well. I use ponds lotion and it seems to work. Also Gerbers grins and giggles oatmeal baby lotion seems to do the trick as well. Be careful with cortizone cream, it has been proven to actually brake down skin after a long period of use.

My LO has eczema all over his torso and thighs. Our ped told us to switch to fragrance-free, dye-free laundry soap, and lose the fabric softener altogether. He prescribed us a cortizone cream to apply sparingly where it is really bad and to use CRISCO!!!! instead of baby lotion all over his body. The cortizone and the Crisco seem to be really doing the trick - it is clearing up quickly!

My three older kids have eczema and the thing that has helped them (you may have tried it) is Cetaphil Lotion--every day. After every bath and every day in between. We also have a prescription for break outs--triamcinolone acetonide cream usp 0.1%. It might take a few days but it should start to clear up.

My son's skin cleared up after I stopped using dryer sheets almost completely, (I use them only for my sheets but I make sure to run two or three loads before I do his clothes again.) I also switched his wash and lotion to the yellow bottle of Johnson's- fragrance-free. Good luck!!

First thing is to make sure that his skin stays moisturized, and i'm sure your doctor has given you tons of creams for that. The next step i would take would be to change cleanning products, if his skin is sensitive enough even harsh fumes could irritate it. I would reccomend BabyGanics, steam mop, products along those lines. Pretty much just keep his environment hypoallergenic.

My oldest son had some really rough, dry skin patches. I"m not sure they were actually eczema, but they were hard to get rid of! I started using the Spectro Kids Eczema care body wash and lotion and it cleared up in about 3 days.

He has it on his face both cheeks, (so did my 11 year old as a baby) He is almost 5 months. Just put a dab on your hands and rub into skin. Hope it gets better.

Do I just rub it onto the eczema or do i put it in his bath? How old is your son? Where abouts does he have eczema?
