I am so confused as I have friends who have told me contradictory stories as to when they should have a full set of milk teeth. Some say before 2 years, some say only at 2.5 - 3 years.
My son (17/09) started cutting teeth at 8 months. He has 19 teeth, cutting his 20th (last) tooth at the moment. He'll have a full set of milk teeth before the age of 2.

My daugter born on the 14th is getting her last 3 2yr molars at the same time. They are nearly through so she near enough has a full set.
My son had a full set by 19 months old, he was a very early teether though and got them through 3 or 4 at a time.

My son will b 2 on sept. 2nd and he has all of his teeth for a wile now! But he also got then early like 5 months and got 2-4 at a time!

my 22 month old has 6 teeth, 4 of them arrived in the last month.... apparently he is still "normal" :) hope that reassures you that your child has LOTS of teeth :)

My daughter only has 12! She still has both set's of canines and all 4 of her 2yr molars to go. She was born 9/29 and got her first tooth at 8 1/2 month's :)

All but TWO molars left! Mason's first tooth cut at 5 1/2 months, and then the other shortly after 6 months.

My daughter has 16 teeth and I think she is starting to cut more as she keeps rubbing her finger on her gum.

My son (born 9/18) didn't cut his first tooth until he was 13 1/2 months old. Now at almost 22 months, he only has FOUR that are all the way in lol. He also has two bottom molars that are almost all the way in & one other tooth on top that is just poking through the surface. So, that's only seven teeth that are showing haha. I guess he gets the record for least amount of teeth. ;)

Ava is just cutting her 2 year old molars at the moment. It seems to get easier with each tooth though which is good ! I haven't counted exactly how many teeth, but she has plenty because she bites pretty well and leaves a really good mark. Hence why I'm not going counting, lol

My daughter easily has 18 and is cutting her last 2 right now. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on when they need to have all their teeth. Her pediatric dentist didn't have anything negative to say. He actually said she has good spacing.

my daughter (04/09) only has 11 teeth so count urself lucky dat ur little one has as many as he has they say the longer it takes them to get there teeth the longer they last there isnt a thing to worrie about

My daughter only has 12! She still has her set of canines and her set of 2yr molars. She is a late teether. I can't remember with my sons if they had a full set by 2 or not. But I do know that my 5yr 2mo old does not have his 5 yr molars, or any sign of them yet. And my oldest had his 5yr molars by the time he turned 5.

My son has always been late with his teeth. His first tooth cut when he was 12 months. Mason currently has 12 teeth.
