my little girl has toast crust for brecky about to step it up to porrage then mashed vegies ie potato, carrot sweetcorn, brocoli (all mashed together tastes better) for lunch and tea. i make the vegies fresh every 2 days as you cant freeze potato so she has about 5 tablespoons each feed. sometimes i give her a baby food jar for lunch. i use museli stuff and custards. the other brought product i use is the natural banana and pear in the squeeze tube. its great as it has no added crap just fruit mixed up like i do at home. it tastes so yummy

My Son Has Some Toast In The Morning Which He Really Enjoys, And A Jar Of His Baby Food At Dinner Time Then Sometimes He Will Have A Pudding But Sometimes He Don't, Since I Put Him On This He Has Been So Much Happier And More Content And Only Has 2 Bottles Of Milk During The Day And About 2 -3 In The Night.

My daughter gets about 4-6 tablespoons of food and cereal a day. In the morning I give her cereal and some fruit or veggie, then in the afternoon she will have a little veggie snack and at night she usually has cereal. I let her eat as much as she wants, or as little as she wants.
