i feel my son might be behind in milestone?

i am worried that my son , born 09-09-09, is falling behind other kinds in the milestones. He is sitting up by himself for the most part. but he still loses his balance and falls. but he isnt crawling or pulling himself up on anything. i try to get him to hold on to the table or my fingers and stand on his own but he wont. he wiggles and moves so much if im not holding him that falls. he also seems more interested in watching his feet than doing anything else.

Is he behind? or is this normal for his age? i need advice, cause im worrying myself sick.

My son was born Sept.3/09. He was 3 weeks early, but he also doesn't crawl or falls over when he is sitting up. He doesn't pull himself up if he is on his belly or back, I think it will jsut be a matter of time before they will start to crawl and pull themselves up. I dont' think I would worry.
