My son, Beckett, is 15 weeks old and he isn't getting full enough on breastmilk/formula. I have been feeding him only bm, until about 2 weeks ago, when he seemed to want to eat 6-8 oz of milk every two hours. I was trying the breast milk only diet for him, but he always seemed starving still once I fed him for the 45 min per usual. Now, he's eating mainly formula, with some breast milk, but he still seems so hungry after I feed him! I've been thinking of introducing some rice cereal into his diet(and bottle), but not sure how to do so? The Pediatrician told me I could go ahead, but I didn't realize that I needed to ask more questions?! I want to add to his bottle, not feed on it's own..anyone else having this issue? Or have you introduced rice cereal into the bottles? Do you just fix as it says on the package and add to the bottle? Or fix the bottle, and add 1 tblsp to it?? Very confused, but wanting my baby to feel full...
