I'm worried now. I've had my period twice already I think. But haven't had one for a while. I'm on the mini pill but have had times where I've forgotten.
I don't think I'm ready for another one yet. I thought I'll wait for maybe a year. I had an emergency ceasarian, thinking it's probably better to just let me body rest for a while more.
I don't mind it though. Would like to have no more than 3 yrs in age gap. I definitely want to have another one and then probabaly stop at two. I spend way to much money buying everything already. My baby girl gives me a good excuse to buy things all the time.

We had that scare this month, but I'm not. Had clockwork periods all my life and post delivery till suddenly this month there was a two week delay. Husband had a panic attack. I found myself surprisingly okay either way, though I admit to being happy that I have only N to focus on right now. Supermom material, I am not.

No, been trying to be real careful with that. I'm pre-disposed to blood clots and unfortunately the preg brought that on =0( If I didn't have blood clots we were thinking bout trying again for a little girl

I am not sure either.. Although my cycle has not been completely on track i am still going to get a test tonight. I am 3 days later than last month. The best way to figure it out is to just go get a test. They are pretty accurate. Especially the E.P.T. I used them to find out that i was pregnant with both my boys.. Good luck..:)

I am glad to hear I am not the only one going through this, Come October 2010 I will have an 11 year old, a 9 year old, a 1 year old and a Newborn, and yes sometimes I feel really overwhelmed just thinking about it. But as my mom said, no matter how they come about, all babies are a blessing!

#2 was a New Year's conception, so the kiddies will be 15ish-or-so months apart? Let's see if we make to 10 months this time :) ..Speaking of diapers, Pooty Booty just woke himself up! TTYL

Elizabeth, how far apart will your kids be?
Being done with kids was another reason we wanted them to be close, as well as with diapers, bottles, all the baby toys at the same time.

I am..Our 1st was born in September. We knew we wanted a sibling. We thought it would be good if the siblings were close in age/phase. I think going on and off birth control is worse for my body. If women don't want to be pregnant, then they should be responsible with birth control. Yeah, this is going to get really tiring, but I know how my body felt. I am happy to be get the being pregnant part of having the kids over with! Some people scolded me for having another so soon, but tell that to people who have multiple births! We are SO excited :)

We have a 6mo old baby girl, Rachel, and I found out a few weeks ago I am pregnant again. I'm 8 1/2 weeks now and should be due late Oct early Nov. I am really worried! We are getting ready to move, my husband is starting a new job, and now the baby. Life is pretty stressful right now. My babies are going to be 13mo apart!

I am a mother of two boys (18 months and 6 months). After my first son my husband and I waited 3 months and started on a second baby because we wanted them to be close in age, but never in the world we thought they would be this close - 12 months and 4 days. My second due date was only 1 day after my first son's birthday. To tell you the truth we are so happy it happened the way it did and now they are the best buddies. After my second son I had an IUD put in and now have regular periods. Sometimes I do feel so kicking in my stomach and did actually thought I was pregnant again, but now I know that its not just me and that it is nothing to worry about.

ohhh so glad to hear everyone having that "kicking feeling" it freaks u out hey, esp coz its so low, its such a familiar feeling form the last baby!!! just had my 2nd period since baby was born with a 42 day cycle, but had a random mini period in the middle of the two of those!? I thought i was pregnant when arden was 4 months, but because breastfeeding its all out of whack! took tests and all negative, now is almost 6 1/2 months and couldnt imagine being pregnant again, sooo not ready, even though i have the worlds easiest baby!

I felt the same "kicking" and it freaked me out. I was like okay so I would have to be like 4 months along if I was feeling that. haha. I definitely took a test and of course it was negative. I am glad to hear that it is normal to feel that though because I thought I was crazy. Its so weird because before I got pregnant I probably had the same things going on in my stomach but I didn't feel it because I wasn't as aware but since I was pregnant and felt those feelings I think I'm just more aware of every single part of my body now.

I don't know... I had normal periods in Nov, Dec & Jan. After my January period, about 1 1/2 weeks later I got my period again. I called my OBGYN and they said it might be the new birth control (the pill Loestrin) that I was on. She told me to just watch it and see if it returns to normal. February, I got my period at the normal time (about 2 1/2 weeks after the random one in the middle of Jan). So I thought everything was back to normal. Well, it's March and I'm a little over a week late. My husband is freaking out that I might be pregnant again. I'm going to the store tonight to get a couple pregnancy tests to make sure, but its comforting to know that there are others out there that are going through the same situation... sort of.

I am currently expecting our baby number 4! At first I was a little overwhelmed and scared on how in the world will we pay and have the time to equally divide between the 4. But i know everything will be fine. When God blesses, He will provide! Our range of children with be 9 years, 2 years, 6 months and two months pregnant. Thiis is my thrid pregnancy in less than 2 years. I was told by drs to give my body a recovery time. As with my last son I had some minor problems that needed surgery after giving birth. But we have 3 boys now, would love to have a dd, but another boy would be so much easier, I have everything. Will keep you all updated. Has anyone else just felt really really overwhelmed?

Hi I am a mother of three, 10, 8 and 5 months (daughter born Sept.30/09), I had a tubal ligation November 23rd 2009. I got my first period after my Daughter was born in December, and when it didn't happen in January I didn't think much of it. Thought it was either stress or from just finishing nursing or from the surgery. Well when it didn't arrive in February, I took 2 home tests, both positive, I was teriffied. I made an appointment with the doctor who scheduled an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic. You can imagine how I felt when the technician confirmed that sure enough, there's a little peanut with a heartbeat right where it belongs! I almost died, I have NO idea how I am going to do this....due date is 4 days after my youngest daughters first birthday.

Melissa, glad to hear that someone else has felt those strange little feelings in the lower abdomen...like a baby kicking! I haven't had my period yet since I had my son 5 months ago (I have been formula feeding for 3 months and I thought it was supposed to come back by now!) Anyway, I was very paranoid and bought a pregnancy test at Walmart several weeks ago and it came by negative. Since then I still haven't had a period and I'm not all the way convinced lol.

I thought I was because I've had two regular period Dec./Jan. and then this past month (Feb) I didn't get one. I had an IUD put in in November but I was worried it didn't take right. I went to my ob/gyn today and come to find out the IUD was in the wrong place. I had to have it taken out. Luckily, with it being inaffective, I didn't get pregnant and she said I can expect to get my period again soon. We will be having more but not for a few years hopefully. Birth control is a pain in the bum!

I thought I was for a quick few, but then I made sure to go get tested right away. It scared the bejeebies outta me one night when I laid down to go to bed and felt some "kicking" in my lower abdomen (just like when Alex was in there). My heart sank immediately and I freaked out...and it kept going (just like when Alex was in there). I basically rushed over to Walmart and got myself a test, did one right there in Walmart and the other one the next morning. Both came out negative...I figure if the baby was big enough to kick around, it'd definitely come up positive. Come to find out, you can feel those kinds of kicks because of a few things: gas, insides going back to where they were pre-pregancy, etc. So if that's what's happeneing to you, don't flip out too soon, but make sure you find out asap so you ensure the proper care for that child if you are.
