Is anyone leaking milk and not breast feeding?

Ok I haven't breastfed my daughter since she was about 4 months, but I just noticed today that my breast were leaking milk. I dont know why that would happen. I am on my cycle now.. could that be a factor. I think it may have been happening for awhile because sometimes when I take off my bra it smells like breast milk. I thought maybe I was just imagining it but after seeing it today I know I wasnt crazy. Has anyone else experienced this or know y this would happen.... all u nurses and doctors let me know!!!

yea im leaking milk and my breast swell up and stuff just like when i was breastfeeding it got quite annoying so i went to the docs and dey pt me on these tablets i only have to take half of one twice a week dey've done the trick x oh and its something to do with the hormones too much simulation and stuff like that x
