Has anyone tried this and does it work? I have been taking Fenugreek but the guy at the Wealth of Health store told me to try this instead claiming it woks better... It's called LactationBlend by Vitanica.

I used fenugreek and the lactation blend both. I noticed more of an increase with the fenugreek, but continued to use both.

My milk supply dropped this past month due to my period coming back (that's what the lactation consultant told me). I have been using "More Milk Plus" as a pill supplement. It contains blessed thistle, fenugreek, and a couple of other ingredients. I found it on motherlove.com. But I ended up purchasing it at a local natural food store. I do think it has helped my production. I've been on it a little over a week now. Good luck!

I do not know about the lactationblend. But blessed thistle and fenugreek can be used together to help milk production. If you do not smell like maple syrup you aren't using enough. Also oatmeal helps milk production. I'm sure you know to drink lots of liquid and to stay away from caffeine. Get plenty of rest and lots of healthy food. Mother's milk tea is calming. Some women swear by nutritional yeast? Women with really, really low milk supplies have used medications such as domperidone. Good luck!!
