Switching Brands of Solid Food?

Hi everyone. I have a 6 month little girl, Caroline. She is a breastfed baby who started solids around 4 1/2 months. We started with Rice cereal and have slowly been progressing with Oatmeal, Barley, Applesauce, Pears, Carrots and now Squash.

My question is... we started the Gerberm Organic fruits and veggies. Is it okay to switch brands... eg, Gerber, BeechNut, Earth's Best, depending on what's on sale? I have looked at all the ingredients, and everything is the same, but since she is used to the Gerber brand, would you think that it could possibly bother her to switch to say... Beech Nut and then back to Gerber?

Thanks for your help!

I think the only thing is that she might have a preference between brands. I have heard of some babies only eating Heinz or Gerbers etc. Otherwise, I don't think there's any reason to worry.

My daughter gets Beechnut and Gerber depending on what kind I want to get or what is on sale. She never seems to know the difference. You should be fine to switch brands.
