This morning, Penny rolled over from stomach to back, it was precious, I knew she was getting close when she started putting one leg over the other, but this time she used her bottom as momentum. It was awesome, she did it twice in a row.
The second thing that happened tonight, she said "MAMA." I don't know if she really was trying to mean me, cause my mom was holding her...should I still count it????

That's wonderful !!! Annalise will be 5mths the 18th and also just learned to roll around. I also found two little fangs in her mouth last week. They grow up way too fast !!

I'm afraid it doesn't really count, because at this stage they're just putting two letters together and babbling coz they've figured out they make noises! My mate's boy used to look at my husband and say "DADADAD" but now he speaks he hasn't called him Dad once!
My boy is currently trying to blow raspberries and just covers himself in spit! He has mastered rolling (though is very selective about when he does it),is almost sitting unaided (manages up to 2 minutes before diving head-first to the floor), and definately trying to crawl but getting SO frustrated that the thing he really wants is just to far away so shouts at it!

Yay for you! I love new things! Just before my son started doing something new, he would get very cranky. I currently have a daughter masqurading as the spawn of Satan with her non stop screaming, hopefully we are going to get something new soon as well! I'm thinking teeth, as she is already rolling as well.
Isn't it funny how my proudest moments now are not when I achieve something but when my kids get that little further along their path?

Congratulations! Those are awesome milestones. My daughter just turned 4 months a week ago but she has been saying what definitely sounds like MAMA constantly. I don't know whether to count it either though cause I don't know if she really knows what she is saying!! lol. How can you tell?!
