We got our babies a recordable book from Hallmark - "Twas the Night Before Christmas". We are having my dad record the book so they will always have their Poppy reading to them each Xmas for years to come.

A mobile and a wooden rattle. I have 3 other kids so there is no need for anything else.

Im getting my daughter who will be 3 months in 5 days , stuff for 6 mth olds. When shes 6 months Im not gonna be able to buy her tons of toys for her since she will be more active and able to play more so if I get them now for Christmas she will already have them. Also Im getting her a musical jewlry box for her to cherish with her name on it, for her necklace and braclets she already has. Im also getting her first pink teddy bear with her name on it...I love the personalized stuff for her to keep forever!!

I have found teething toys works wonders especially when you are on the go and need to take something small for him/her to play with especially when they get fussy from their gums hurting. Even those plastic play books that you can read to them as well as let them chew on them works too it gives them something to try to scoot to when they have tummy time and are learning to crawl or roll. All in all it is anything that would not hurt them to put into their mouths since they will end up there any way lol.

We only do 3 gifts from mom and dad, then Santa, and whatever is in her stocking. Here is what we have so far... hope it helps :)

Santa
- Play Mat that turns into a crawl through tunnel for when she's older
Mom & Dad
- Sesame Street pop up toy (turn the thing and the door opens up, etc.)
- Fisher Price Little Superstar Jammin' Band Microphone
- 3 pack of balls that crunch, are soft, etc.
Stocking
- Cookie Monster doll... she seems amused by him
- book
- 2 wheel pals by Playskool (caterpillar and snail)
- pacifiers

We still have some toys from when ODD was a baby like a Jumperoo and other 6 month and up stuff.

Hi there,

I got my 3 month old a plush toy that encourages baby to sit up, for newborns and older - it has a ring that is inflatable to assist, and also converts to a floor mat for play time, it was from Target, can't wait for him to use it!! I also got him a Lamaze book, an inflatable monkey that moves as he grows and learns to crawl, a talking puppy and a crawling crab! Merry Xmas to all x

beautiful hand crafted wooden blocks, all chemical free. From etsy.com

BPA free teether
and anything for 6months plus

I asked for a lot of books. We don't have many so I really want to build up her library. I also asked for money to get professional pictures done. We need winter 3-6 month clothes and more clothes in 6-9 months as well.
I think any toy geared to 6-12 months is fine. Maybe blocks or a walking toy?

I am getting my 3 month old daughter a walking toy (for when she is older), her first necklace, and a ball popper. Toys aged 6 months+ are a good idea.
