My son was 7lbs 14oz and 21in at birth and at check-up he was 12lbs 8oz and 24 1/2in. He is wearing anything from 3-6months up to 6-9months and currently has a 12 month outfit on that his great-grandma got him and other then a little loose in the waist and a inch or two long it fits!!!! Please tell me i don't have a HUGE kid..... lol

My son was 13.6lbs and 22 in at 8 weeks and now 15lbs and 23 in and he is in 3mth and 3-6mth clothing and some 6mth too! He is in the 95th percentile in height and weight. I know my boy is going to built like his daddy! Tall and big boned!

Yeah he gets his height from his daddy. lol hubby was 23in at birth and is now 6'2"!!! our daughter is also taking after him and is already 42" at 3yrs old.

Don't worry! He is just a healthy boy! My now 10 year old was wearing 6 month stuff when she was barely 3 months old.
My 11 week old daughter is wearing some 0-3 still, but mostly 3 month stuff.

My daughter was 7lb 5oz born. She is now 9 weeks old, she still fits into 0000 she does wear some 000 which are abit big still.

My boy was born 9lb 3oz AND at 9 weeks he is 13lb 7oz he is wearing 00 (3-6m)to 0(6-9m) so I think it depends on the brands. but be proud, he sounds very bonny!

My son was 8 lbs 4 oz, 22 inches long when he was born, last checkup he was 14.5 lbs and 25 inches long. He is going on 3 months old. I completely know what you mean about clothing, like the other moms were saying it really depends on the company that makes the clothing. My son can wear some 3 month, 3-6 months, 6 months. You definitely don't have a huge baby. My doctor had said that our son is healthy and is bigger since my husband and I are tall and it may be the same for your son also.

oh sry! i thought you were talking about how the sizes run. my son will be 3 months dec 3rd & he can still wear some newborn sizes, & 0-3 months too.

some baby clothes brands sizes are different & run bigger or smaller than others. dont worry be happy, hes growing!!!!!!!

No not a huge kid, just a well fed and thriving little fella. Be proud!! lol
