Cayden just had his 18 month checkup. I was told to get him a chewable vitamin with flouride. He has almost all of his teeth, eats lots of fruits, and is very healthy..he is 30 lbs and 36 inches!! Every child is different. Talk to your doctor and follow your mommy instinct.

Nature's Plus liquid Vitamins. Mix in with milk (still give my DD toddler formula). Makes a difference in her activity and attention levels. She has a great diet too, but for the days where she's teething and only wants a couple of things to munch, this has been wonderful!

at gage's 1 yr check up i asked the dr about vitamins and she said as long as he was eating a good balance of healthy foods (which he does) he doesn't need a vitamin

I give Gauge multivitamin chewables...I take my daily vitamins in the morning and he was wanting to take them with me, so I got him some. Just the little flintstone ones

I go to a "green" Pediatrician who suggests: Liquid Multi (ChildsLife), Omega 3 and a probiotic

I asked at his 15 month check up and they said 1/2 of the toddler chewables was fine. I have to crush it for him but his molars are now coming in so I probably won't have to crush it much longer.

My Dr. Recommend Poly-Vi-Sol drops when he was little. He's still on them now even though he is a very good eater. Waiting until he is two until I go to the chewables.

My son's doctor hasn't recommended any vitamins for him yet, but we go back for his 18 month check up soon. My son is a petite little thing, so I'm wondering if Pediasure would help him. I'm going to ask his doctor about it.

I was going to do Pediasure but couldn't believe how pricey they were! Thanks for all the help!

I give my daughter Nordic Berries gummy vitamins. It says for 2yrs and older do 4 a day so we just do 2 or 3 depending on what she wants. She really likes them. They are all natural and orange flavored.

My daughter is a very picky eater, so i give her Pediasure once a day. She loves it. I havent done vitamins yet, all the ones i read are for 2 years and over. I buy the store brand of Pediasure (its way cheaper and has all the same stuff). The Vanilla with Fiber seems to be the best for us :-) I hope that helped

when i took my daughter off baby formula i got told she needed vitamin D drops added to her milk. im not sure why... aparently you dont get enough out of food (i think you get it from the sun?!), but maybe where you live they recommend something else, or nothing at all...every country has different guidelines on "what babies need" lol

I don't give Abby any vitamin supplements. She eats LOTS of fruits and vegetables, black beans, and drinks lots of breastmilk still. She has a very healthy diet.

As long as your toddler is eating lots of fruits and veggies and has protein and the high milk fat in his diet, I wouldn't worry about vitamins.
