my wee girl is 6 weeks this wed she sleeps in four hourly periods except at night she will sleep for 6 hours, i was told this was fine as long as she was gaining weight. I think it has something to do with bottle or breast because apparently bottle fed babies sleep longer but I'm not sure. My first was a good sleeper too.

I don't know but right now I am grateful for four hours at a time! My son is seven weeks old and I usually get about one four hour stretch a night, followed by two three hour stretches. Tomorrow is my first day back to work though, so we will see how grateful I am at five in the morning :P

i have heard 3 or 4 months they go around 6 hours at a time rather than 2 to 3. Not sure if it's correct thoug.
