I have that burning, ripping sensation across the whole top of my uterus under my ribs. It could be the from the skin stretching. I also get the burning feeling in my ribs when my baby is pushing into them.

I don't know what it is but I experience the same thing a lot. I've always just assumed my skin was getting irritated from where my belly and breasts were rubbing together.

It's horribly annoying though!
