I have b/g twins and when they were born the dr's were worried about my son's kidneys and bladder, so they had him do some testing. I remember it took 3 months for all the testing to be done and by the end he was 100% fine. You can bet, though, that during those three months I was so worried. It's hard not to be worried; I felt so lucky to have two healthy kids when they were born, like every mom who gives birth to healthy children. I still worry about something happening, so when something comes up, I get crazy worried. You're a mom, it's your job to worry, you can do nothing more. I'm happy to hear your little guy is getting tested and I'll keep him in my prayers. It may be nothing and it may be something that you catch in enough time before it's too big to fix. You say that your son doesn't seem like he's in pain and pain is the body's signal that something is wrong, so...so far the body isn't alerting your son of any problem.

Go ahead and worry, any mother would. Yet, know that you're doing all you can to ensure his health is up to par. Good job mom!

Have you looked online for reasons? I took a look online and found that it may be an infection or an obstruction, among other things. It is also recommended to get a pelvic scan to see if anything is indeed going on. You should have a check-up at 2 yrs, so I don't know if you want to wait 4 months, or maybe you can wait 2 months and have the 2 yr check up early. Either way I think you should get it checked out for sure.

Good luck!

Is he potty training or do you notice this when it's naked time? If it's during potty time, I think he might just be nervous, trying to figure out what's going on, or something like this. I'd watch it and see if it persist.
