My son is 6 months. He has been eating since 2 months. He eats anything pureed and has started eating solid food diced up small this week as long as it is cooked and soft. (cooked carrots, potatoes, apples) He does have 4 teeth and is sitting on his own. He eats 3 times a day, takes about 3 formula and 2-3 juice bottles a day. He is a very large, but not fat 6 month old. He is 27 inches and weighs 22 pounds.

My baby loves applesauce. She eats the wheel from gerber graduate and hot dogs, oatmeal, cracker sticks, and that's about it...I know she ate my Cheetos when I fell asleep on day

My daughter is 6months and she is eating rice cereal 2 times a day. She has a bowl in the morning along with a bottle and one in the evening also with a bottle:-) She loves the rice cereal! I just read in feeding book we got from the doctor that we can start adding fruit that is purred. We have the baby bullet so we are eager to try it. I hope this was a helpful comment:)

My daughter is just over 6 months and god love that baby she will eat anything you put in her mouth. Her normal schedule is ceral and fruit in the morning with formula, lunch is veg and fruit with a bottle (we are introducing water to her as well), dinner is fruit and veg with a bottle and before bed is a bottle. She has bad reflux so her ceral is in her bottles. She's a great eater and not picky.

My daughter is 6 1/2 months (28 weeks). I have been exclusively breastfeeding her since birth and just started her on solids when she turned 6 months two weeks ago. First, I gave her pureed sweet peas, then pureed broccoli, then pureed sweet potatoes and now pureed carrots. I can't wait to start her on bananas...that's next. I waited about 4-5 days before introducing a new food. I started giving her the solids for lunch and dinner and then moved to breakfast, lunch and dinner. She has been enjoying it every step of the way, though she doesn't like when I feed her. She prefers to hold the spoon and feed herself. lol.

My lil girl is 6 months and has been eating the 4+ months baby food since 4 months. I started her off with powdered food and she had 1 bowl a day at first then went to 2 bowls a day as she got hungrier. I now feed her 2 jars a day with juice before and after the meals , and also through the day. At the moment she seems content with this. If my daughter is to get more hungry I will try adding a dessert to the 2nd meal like a fromage frais (yoghurt). Hope that helps x

My daughter (now 27 months) ate about every 2 hours during the day and about every 3-4 hours at night. When we were apart, she took 4 bottles with 2.5 oz in them. No solids until she was a little over 6 months. We fed them to her for a week or 2, then stopped for a month, and started again a little after 7 months.
Edited to add: she was breastfed exclusively, so no clue about how much she drank during the day or night with me.
