I agree cereal in the bottle is not good. Keep up with the spoon feeding the baby has to learn make sure to try like twice a day just for practice. If you go days in between it's like starting over. Just keep at it, it will get easier.

NONE!!!! cereal wont make your baby sleep better, or grow. Its a filler with no nutritional value!!!! Please dont give to your baby!

put 2 wheat bix in a bowl with warm boiled water and formula great first meal and not expensive and easy to make to the consistency your baby needs

I can't get my 5 month old to eat from a spoon either. I was told to try putting cereal in a bottle, but have heard good things and bad things about it. I'm stuck with knowing what to do next because my little one just won't eat from a spoon. My first child started eating from a spoon at 5 months with no problem. I'm completely lost at what to do with my new baby.

I normally agree I never believed in doing it but my lil one is a preemie who doc says needs to be on solids by 6months and she is not gaining the weight she needs to.

its not safe to put cereal in a bottle and so you should never do that. they could easily choke and also when they drink it it can easily go down the wrong whole therefore getting into there lungs causeing infection
