I just had my 2nd baby yesterday and tomorrow we have been invited to my uncles wedding. I was really looking forward to going but bub decided to come 1 week early. I really want to see all my aunties, uncles & cousins but some ppl think i shouldn't take her.
What do all you mummies think??? Should i, shouldn't i????

Thanks Ladies, i did end up going but left in the middle of dinner. Both hubby and I were pretty knackered by that stage. One of my sisters was the 'strict mummy' and told ppl they weren't able to hold our daughter cuz she was only 2 days old so i didn't have to be a meanie.
I wished we could have stayed longer and get to the 'fun' part of the wedding but everyone was really happy we made an appearance anyways and they were happy just to look at the new bub.

I say go for it if you feel ok! Be a strict mommy and tell people baby is too new to be handled by so many hands, and that they are welcome to come visit at home. Don't over do it, even if you feel ok, don't stay a long time.

if u feel up to it i would take her. acouple days after my daughter was born i took her to my nieces baptism and baptism party. (my niece wass 1 month older than my daughter)
