So my daughter is 14-months-old and I still have a little pouch of fat left over. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I'm pretty much back to pre-pregnancy weight, but I still have some baby fat left. Also my tummy isn't as tight and flat as it used to be. Are there any exercises that any of you have done that work? Just curious.

They've got all sorts of machienes in there. I've only been a few times and I just use the indoor track. I think I might get my friend and start going a little more regualarly. Thanks Ladies.

I haven't really tried much. I was in marching band for the past 6 months or so, but now that that is over I was trying to come up with another way of keeping off the baby fat. I also can't afford to gain any weight because otherwise I won't be able to fit into my wedding dress in May. I like to run so I was thinking of doing that. I have a free gym membership at my university so I was thinking of heading over there, but I wasn't sure what exercises I should try. Thanks ladies.

What have you tried? Sit ups work best for me! Theres the standard sit up and then I do the left elbow to right knee and right elbow to left knee...works your sides really good!!
You could try the stair climber to ....skip on step to really push yourself! Make sure your sweat :)
I find its too cold outside right now otherwise i would be running too but brrrr!!
I'm so sick of winter :(

I think that our skin stretched so much that It might not ever get completely back to what it was, but time will make it better!!!

I think running. It is the fastest way to get that last bit. It will make you feel so much better too. I am in school and have been really lazy about everything because i am not getting much sleep and have no time but if i do get out i feel sooo good!
