What works for one child, may not work for the next. It's trial and error. Make sure you try each cream for 1 week, minimum, before ruling it out. And cream isn't a miracle cure. You have to determine what's triggering the eczema first. Food, heat, detergents, etc.

We like Monkey Balm because it's natural and fun for kids to apply.

Oils are good but tend to stain clothes. Oil of evening primrose can help but you need to be careful about the usage and children. There are some good herbal creams available too, try health food shops or lloyds pharmacy

Michael Yes!! HIGH QUALITY Aloe Vera proucts which we have seen help many with great success. Totally agree about steriods, its just not the start inlife any child needs nor do they really work that well. Also I worry about the long term affects. I just signed on with a company that has a very nice skin care line that people rant and rave about for eczema! It is an all natural body lotion. I just started using it on my eczema today so I will let you know how it works! If you want to contact me I will give you more information on it.

most prescription creams and lotions etc can actually make the problem worse in long run,the skin can become reliant on steroid cream so its best to keep away from them. im not sure where u are from but im in australia and i've found a cream for eczma psoriasis it's called moogoo and its all natural and made from plant based products. it is amazing,i had tried everything and i swear by this cream. like i said im not sure where ur from but they do have an online store, the site is www.moogoo.com.au
