Preventing scratching wrists?

I have a 20 month old who has started scratching her wrists (we do oatmeal baths nightly, use trimacinalone in rotation with vaseline--along with all of the normal cautionary treatments for eczema children). Anyone have any ideas for preventing a toddler from scratching their wrists? Do you wrap them? And if so, with what?

Wet wraps are great! Truly a miracle. Also, ScratchMeNot and Kumfy Cotton make great hand coverings so our little ones can't scratch their delicate eczema skin.

If its at night, my mom always put white cotton socks on my hands. That helped me from scratching hands and all other areas that i have eczema. Also try to use creams instead of lotions because the alcohol in lotions drys out the skin more.

We sometimes have to wrap Lila's wrists/arms. Wrap some wet gauze around the area, then wrap that stretch tape over it. Seems to help for us. Sometimes I will use the Benedryl itch cream then wrap it.

try using something called aqueous cream instead of any bath lotions at all, then use either lemnis fatty cream or hydrocortisone if its really bad, should stop the itching in a few days.
