hi all i have a 4year old with servere eczema she has had it since birth, all the doctors and dermatologists can do is give me cream here and cream there, they wont give her allergy tests im not sure why tho, have aby of you had this done, im being blamed for it most of the time but im doin everything i possibly can, and with the summer comming i want her 2 be able 2 wear skirts and not have 2 scratch where her cream has dried up. can any one help

We did just like Anna. Allergy test were inconclusive, so we did the elimination diet and my son's skin started healing within days. We had to remove gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and almonds. It was amazing. Also, detergents can aggravate the skin. Try something natural like soap nuts.

I tried all the lotions and creams from the doctors too. I found a safe alternative lotion that seals up the skin and keeps my sons skin from drying out. I also use the bath oil, body wash and hand soap. The products have a been such a blessing and relief for my son. He isn't scratching and upset anymore. We did an elimination diet to determine our son's triggers. When we finally found the 2 main culprits - after almost 6 months of eliminating different things - the clear-up was almost instant! He has now been 'itchy-free' for a couple months!!! It is awesome! It was a long road to figure out what it was, but so worth it. You can start with the main allergens and see if there is any effect and then go from there. We found soy and food coloring to be triggers for our little guy.

they dont give allergy tests because its too wide, they can show that they have a allergy with alot of diff foods and they cant pinpoint exactly what it is, also theres so many other things it can be. Have you been to your dermatologist? because i just have and hes on some anti histamines becuase hes so bad. sometimes you just have to use things that you dont want to just so they can get better. because i no in this day and age its all about natural stuff and all that.
