My daughter is breast feed and has been a great sleeper but for the past week she has been waking up at 3am for a feed. Any ideas?

my daughter did a massive growth spurt between 3-5 months. its a good chance yours is too. thats probably your most likely culprit for the night disturbances. im a pretty big advocate of getting up in the night to feed the baby, some moms arent but i believe if a baby is hungry they should be allowed to eat (before a 9-12 months of age) on demand

I know with my boys they went through a significant growth spurt at that age and were feeding more. It could also coincide with the introduction of solids and of course good old teething. Good luck with it all!

Have you tried giving her a bath before you put her to bed? Sometimes that will work! It is normal for babies to go for awhile and sleep pretty much all night to waking up during the night a time or two! But try bathing her and feeding her before bed! That should help! If that doesn't work, then let me know! Good-luck and congrats on the little one!
